quick note: I only work with people who are serious about their goals and who understand the value of time. Therefore I do not reschedule calls for people who do not show up to their call, or who cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled time without a valid reason.

In the HerBusyFitLife programme, our main objective is to help you achieve a body you're happy and confident in, while equipping you with the knowledge to sustain it long-term and break the cycle of yo-yo dieting. As your coach, I'll provide extensive education on maintaining your results through lifestyle changes, routines, and habits. You'll gain valuable insights throughout the process, receive personalised feedback, and access educational resources to manage social occasions, stay motivated, and effortlessly maintain your desired body beyond the program or coaching period.

Are you stuck in the all or nothing trap with your nutrition?

The HerBusyFitLife programme breaks the cycle of all-or-nothing thinking that many women struggle with. You'll have complete dietary flexibility, with the freedom to enjoy your favorite foods and still achieve results. You can even have chocolate daily if you desire. We'll also focus on improving your relationship with food, so you learn that you can indulge and still attain and maintain great results. I understand real-life situations and acknowledge that occasional unplanned meals won't hinder your progress as long as consistency is maintained.

Frequently asked questions.

What if I’m too busy to complete the programme?
I often hear the concern, "I don't have time to exercise." Whether it's work, family, or travel. As a specialist in helping busy women, I understand these challenges and aim to simplify your life. We both know you have time; it's about effective time management. You don't need excessive time for great results. Just 3-4 hours of gym time per week can make a significant difference. We'll make sure your programme is suited to your time availability.

 

What if I become very busy in my social life or have a holiday during the programme?
This is a perfect time to really practice your balance, this programme is all about finding the middle ground of balance and thriving in your life, including your social life. I encourage my clients to be social, and I teach them how to navigate it along the way so that they’re not ending up back at square one just after a holiday or a busy time of life.

I’ve had a coach before, what if it doesn’t work again?
I understand that you may have had previous experiences with coaches or personal trainers that didn't deliver the desired results or provide the necessary support and accountability. It happened to me too, and that's why I became a coach myself. Once you join my programme, you'll be amazed by the level of support, accountability, and personalised approach I offer. Trust me, your expectations will be exceeded and we will get you results that actually last.

How long do I have to pay for?
DPFit4Life was created with the aim of ensuring you never need another coach again. Through education, I'll empower you to adopt lasting habits and behaviours, benefiting not only you now, but also the future you. I offer a fixed-term and fixed-cost programme because I'm confident in delivering your desired results within a specific timeframe. However, you may wish to set new goals or require additional time for significant weight loss, we can discuss further enrolment options during our call.

 

What does it actually mean to thrive?
Thriving to me looks like waking up in the morning feeling energised and ready to attack the day. It looks like being confident and content in your body. It’s thriving in your work life where you’re productive and successful because of your new found confidence in your own abilities, and it’s thriving in your social life and seeing people/doing things you love without it causing anxiety because of “weight loss goals”.
